Date and Time

The Valentine's Day Wine Dinner Cook Along will take place on February 14th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This three-hour event is designed to guide participants through the preparation of a gourmet multi-course meal, paired with exceptional wines.

Location

Join us in the state-of-the-art kitchen at the Church Health Center, where you will have the opportunity to wine and dine in a professional setting. All you need is a passion for cooking, eating and wine.

Ticket Price

The ticket price for this exclusive event is $125 per person, which includes all wines, service and access to the interactive cooking session and a delicious meal.

The Experience

Our expert chefs have curated a special Valentine's Day menu that highlights the best seasonal ingredients. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with wines selected by our sommelier to enhance the flavors and the overall dining experience.

The menu includes:

·        Amuse-Bouche (Chef Prepared): Goat cheese and honey crostini with sparkling wine

·        Appetizer (Chef Prepared): Roasted beet salad with citrus vinaigrette and a crisp Sauvignon Blanc

·        Main Course (Interactive): Herb-crusted rack of lamb, butter poached lobster with garlic potatoes and a rich Cabernet Sauvignon glace

·        Vegetarian Option Available

·        Dessert: Dark chocolate lava cake with fresh berries and a luscious dessert wine

Interactive Cooking Session

The evening will begin with a warm welcome from our hosts and a brief introduction to the Sow Project. Participants will then be guided through each step of the cooking process by our professional chefs, while nibbling on appetizers and enjoying paired wine. who will share their tips and techniques for creating restaurant-quality dishes at home. The interactive format allows you to ask questions, share your progress, and connect with other participants in real time.
