Atelier shines in Memphis, Tennessee with a dynamic menu spotlighting indigenous ingredients from our own apprentice-served farm, additional ingredients are sourced responsibly from the region. The restaurant allows apprentices the platform to execute innovative culinary menus and hone their skills in a fast-paced live-fire restaurant environment. The profits and proceeds from the restaurant go toward operating the on-site job training and life-skills development program offered to each apprentice through the Center of Culinary Cultivation and Sow Project.
