Atelier shines in Memphis, Tennessee with a dynamic menu spotlighting indigenous ingredients from our own apprentice served farm, additional ingredients are sourced responsibly from the region. The restaurant allows apprentices the platform to execute innovative culinary menus, and hone their skills in a fast paced live-fire restaurant environment. The profits and proceeds from the restaurant go toward operating the on-site-job-training and life-skills development program offered to each apprentice through the Center of Culinary Cultivation and Sow Project.
