Meredith Clinton
Meredith Clinton grew up in the small town of Hayti, Missouri, moving to Memphis in 2013. As a chef, she has worked in the kitchens of several high end restaurants in the city, from Tsunami to Erling Jensen, in a wide variety of roles. From her experience in the kitchen and in life she hopes to join the SOW project in educating young people about cooking and the culture of the culinary industry. Seeing the motivation of those hungry for a new path and being able to connect them with their passion is truly, in her opinion, something magical. She feels truly honored and humbled to be a part of this project and to be able to share her knowledge and skills with those around her.
