shines with a seasonal menu featuring locally grown vittles from our own apprentice served farm garden, additional ingredients are sourced responsibly from around the region. Our farmers are our neighbors and they partner with us for the purpose of serving our community. The restaurant allows apprentices the platform to execute innovative culinary menus, and hone their skills in a fast paced restaurant environment. All apprentices earn industry standard wages and are exposed to all facets of a restaurant. The profits and proceeds from the restaurant go toward feeding the community and operating the on-site-job-training and life-skills development program offered to each apprentice through the Center of Culinary Cultivation and Sow Project.
