The Sow Project’s culinary training program lasts 26 weeks. Students attend classes three days a week for six hours per day, totaling 470 hours of hands-on learning and instruction. Along the way, students gain not only technical culinary skills but also workplace readiness, financial literacy, and life skills to help them succeed in the hospitality industry and beyond. Applying to The Sow Project is simple! Interested students start by filling out the application form. Once submitted, our team reviews each application and reaches out to qualified candidates to begin the next steps in the admissions process. We’re looking for individuals who are ready to work hard, learn new skills, and build a brighter future for themselves – and we’d love to hear from you!

Your donation helps fund The Sow Project’s free culinary training program, which includes paid hands-on learning, mental health support, financial literacy education, and wraparound services for unemployed or underemployed individuals. Donations also help provide student uniforms, textbooks, kitchen equipment, and job placement services – ensuring our graduates leave prepared to thrive in the culinary industry and beyond.
